TAR print options for a medication

In this article, we explain how to enable the correct print settings to ensure medication is included on the TAR report.

The Treatment Administration Record (TAR) is a vital report for tracking medication administration. If a medication isn’t appearing on the TAR report, it’s often because the TAR print option hasn’t been enabled.

To enable the TAR print option, follow these steps:

  1. Click Residents/Orders.

  2. Click on the resident's name.

  3. Click Orders, then click on the medication.

  4. Click Advanced.

  5. Under Print Options, select the TAR checkbox.
