999 Quick Print configuration and use

In this article, we explain how to configure and use the 999 Quick Print feature.

The 999 Quick Print feature is designed for urgent situations where you need immediate access to key reports.

You can print any or all of the following:

  • MAR.

  • TAR.

  • Doctor’s Orders.


Configure the 999 Quick Print reports

To set up which reports are included, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Click Settings, then click Care Home Settings.

  3. Click Reports Config.

  4. In the Reports Used by the 999 Quick Print Button section, select the checkboxes for the reports you want:

    • MAR: Medication Administration Record report.

    • TAR: Treatment Administration Record report.

    • Doctor’s Orders: Doctor’s Orders report.

  5. Click Save.


Print the 999 Quick Print reports

You can print the configured reports in two ways:

From a resident’s profile

To print them from a resident's profile, follow these steps:

  1. Click Residents/Orders.

  2. Click the resident’s name.

  3. Click Profile, then click 999-Quick Print.

From the Reports section

To print them from the Reports area, follow these steps:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click 999 Quick Print.

  3. Use the drop-down to select the resident.

  4. Click OK.


Custom role unable to print 999 Quick Print reports

If a custom role can’t access the 999 Quick Print report, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Click User Roles.

  3. Click on the custom role.

  4. On the right, click Reports.

  5. Select the All Reports checkbox at the top of the page.

  6. Click Save.
