Homely Remedies are medications or treatments intended for use within an entire home rather than for an individual resident. Due of this, they have their own inventory and aren't deducted from scheduled or PRN medication stock.
To administer homely remedies on the medication round, follow these instructions:
⚠️ Important: You must review Resident Addition Information before administration.
Click Medication round, then choose the appropriate option.
Click on the resident, then click Add Other Items.
Select the appropriate category from those added to the system.
Once selected, MedRound creates a brown tile for the homely remedy.
Administer the remedy as required, then click on the tile.
The system automatically deducts the administered quantity from the homely remedy inventory.
