There may be times where migrated users require a new PIN. By resetting their PIN when necessary, it ensures that they can regain access quickly and securely.
You can reset the PIN for any migrated user in a few simple steps:
⚠️Important: You must be an Administrator or supervisor to complete these steps.
Click Admin, then click Users.
Select the user from the list.
Enter the new 8-digit PIN and confirm it.
Click Save.
