There may be times where migrated users require a new PIN. By resetting their PIN when necessary, it ensures that they can regain access quickly and securely.
To reset a PIN for a migrated user, follow these steps:
⚠️ Important: To follow the steps, you must be an Administrator or supervisor.
Click Admin, then click Users.
Click on the user from the list.
Enter the new 8-digit PIN and confirm it.
Click Save.
