After migration, the way you manage users has changed. Users can’t be archived through the Access Medication Management application anymore.
Users must now be archived via the member section of Access Evo.
Remove access to Access Medication Management only
To remove a user's access to Access Medication Management only, but keep their access to any other required products or to Access Evo itself, you need to change their role for the application to No access.
