Migration to Access Evo

In this article, we explain the migration process, logging in for the first time after, and log in options going forwards.

Migrating to Access Evo ensures you have access to the latest features, improved security, and a streamlined experience across Access products.

Before you begin

The first steps of migration begin before the process starts:

  1. Contact your Account Manager to schedule migration.

  2. You're provided with a date the migration service is enabled for you to begin from.

  3. Ensure you're currently running version 6.0.0.3, 6.1.0.0 or newer.


Migration process

To migrate to Access Evo, follow along with our video guide:

  1. Log in using your existing username and password.

  2. On the Access Evo Migration screen, click Click here to begin.

  3. Once your browser has opened, choose an option:

    1. If you already have an Access Evo account, click I’ve previously signed into Access Evo and log in.

    2. If you don't have an account, click It’s my first time signing into Access Evo.

      1. Enter a new username and click Next.

      2. Click Sign in with an email account, to set up your account with an email address instead, and click Next.

  4. Set your password, then click Next.

  5. Click Sign into Evo and log in using your new username or email and password.

  6. Once linked, click Access Button Access Button to open the application.

  7. Organisation ID and username autofill.

  8. Enter your password and click Sign in.


First-time login after migration

On first login after migrating to Access Evo, the application requests permission to access login data. Follow the steps to continue:

  1. Click Accept.

  2. A message appears 'You are now signed in. Please return to the App'.

  3. Open the desktop application of Access Medication Management.

  4. Enter and confirm an Offline PIN to be used in Offline mode and for Witness login.

    📌 Note: Offline PIN must consist of 8 numeric characters using 0-9.

  5. Click OK to submit, then click Ok again on the success window.


Log in options after migration

After migration and first-time login, you can log in using two methods:

Access Evo

To log in via Access Evo, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Access Evo.

  2. Click Access Button Access Button, then click Products.

  3. Click Access Medication Management.

  4. The desktop app opens and redirects to browser for Access Evo login.

Desktop application

To log in directly from the desktop application, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Access Medication Management application.

  2. Enter your migrated username or email.

  3. Click Next.

  4. You're redirected to browser for Access Evo login.
