Whether you’re trying to log in to your eLearning account or assisting a team member, resetting a password is simple and secure. Follow the steps to regain access to your account or help others do the same.
Reset your own password
If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps:
On the login page, click Forgotten your password.
Enter your username, then click Send new password.
An email containing a new password is sent to the registered email address on your user profile.
Once you receive the email, use the new password to log in and update it to something memorable.
Reset a user's password
To reset a password on behalf of a user, follow these steps:
⚠️ Important: To follow these steps, you must be a manager with level 2 access.
Log in to your account.
Click People, then click Browse Profiles.
Click Facility, then choose the correct location from the dropdown menu.
Select the user, then click Send New Password.
The user receives an email with their new password, allowing them to log in immediately after.
