Sometimes you may find that youโre unable to administer a medication during the MedRound. This usually happens due to restrictions set on the medication order.
To troubleshoot and resolve, follow these steps:
Click the appropriate order, then click Everything.
Check that all details, including start date and end date, are correct.
Look for the Restrict To Role(s) option:
If this checkbox is ticked and a role is assigned, only users with that role can administer the medication.
To allow administration:
Clear the Restrict To Role(s) checkbox, then click Save.
You can now administer the medication in MedRound.
