Discrepancies on the resident meds summary report

In this article, we explain what each column in the report means to help avoid confusion with discrepancies.

The resident meds summary report can cause confusion because it doesn’t show the total administrations from last month. Instead, it shows scheduled medications.

For more information on expectation from this report, see the key points regarding columns:

  • Events/week: Shows how many medications are currently scheduled for each resident per week.

  • Actual items recorded (last month): Shows how many medications were scheduled for each resident during the previous month.
