Monthly re-order reports

In this article, we explain what the monthly re-order reports provide and how to view them.

Keeping track of medication orders is key for smooth care. The monthly re-order report gives a full view of quantities ordered for the next medication cycle after the batch re-order process is done. This helps make sure all meds are ready when needed.

View the report

To view the report, follow these steps:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Choose Monthly Re-Order Report from the list.


Set your filters

To view accurate information, use the filters to narrow down your results. See the points below for more information.

  • Trolley(s): Multi-select.

  • Include order notes: For example, current Warfarin status or usage.

  • Include: Active or All Residents.

  • Resident(s): Multi-select.

  • Show Schedule Times: Yes/No โ€“ Select Yes to include active schedule times for each order. For example 'ONE to be taken DAILY', Schedule DAILY AT 8AM.


What youโ€™ll see in the report

Once the report loads, youโ€™ll see:

  • Name, Address, Room No.

  • Date of Birth.

  • Allergies.

  • Doctor.

  • Diagnoses.

  • Current Orders โ€“ Including requested amounts for:

    • Routine Medicines.

    • PRN.


Export Options

You can export the report as PDF, Word, Excel, and more by clicking the floppy disk icon.
