The MAR report for multiple months allows you to view detailed medication administration data across a selected date range. This report is useful for auditing, compliance checks, and reviewing resident medication history over extended periods.

Generate a MAR report for multiple months

To select and generate the report, follow these steps:

  1. Click Reports, then choose MAR (Multiple Months).

  2. Before generating the report, apply the following filters:

    • Start Date.

    • End Date.

    • Trolley(s) – Multi-select.

    • Include – Active Residents or Discharged Residents.

    • Patient(s) – Multi-select.

    • Include Instruction Notes.

    • Sort By.

    • Med Admin times.

    • Show Admin Notes.

    • Show Information Orders.


Information included in the report

Once the report has completed loading, you're able to view the following details:

  • Dynamic caregiver initials.

  • Exceptions.

  • Administration notes.

  • PRN details such as quantity, reason and follow-up.

  • Vital signs.

  • Information orders.

  • Body site key.
