PRN reasons help record why a medication is given as needed. Besides the default options, you can add more reasons to suit your requirements.
To add more PRN reasons, follow these steps:
Click Admin, then click Settings.
Click Drop-down Menus.
Click PRN Reasons.
Click Add, then enter the new option.
Click Save.
