Sometimes, you may be unable to administer medication due to low inventory or incorrect settings.

Follow these troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve common causes for this:

  1. Disable self-admin if it’s enabled in the medication order.

  2. Add stock using receive meds or interim check-in if inventory is zero.

  3. Check hard disk space and contact IT if space is low.
