Exceptions control how certain actions affect inventory in medication management. If an exception is not set correctly, inventory updates may not work as expected.
To set up exceptions to correctly decrease inventory, follow these steps:
Click Admin, then click Settings.
Click Drop-down Menus.
Click Exceptions.
Click on the exception and review its impact on inventory.
Select the Decrease Inventory checkbox.
Click Save.
