Sometimes the inventory log doesnโ€™t show medication administrations correctly. This usually happens because of eMar settings restrictions. You can fix this by updating user permissions.

To update the user permissions and resolve this, follow these steps:

  1. Click Help, then click Diagnostics.

  2. Click Open Folder.

  3. When the Access Medication Management folder opens, click Back once.

  4. Right-click the Access Medication Management folder, then click Properties.

  5. Click Security, and click on the appropriate user.

  6. Click Edit, then select the Full control checkbox and click OK.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: If you donโ€™t have access, contact your IT team for help as you may need an Administrator to make the changes due to device restrictions.

  7. Log out and log back in. The inventory log now shows administrations correctly.
