Clear missed meds

In this article, we explain how to manage missed medications from the dashboard.

The missed medication dashboard makes it easy to spot any medication that hasn’t been recorded. From here, you can investigate why the record’s missing and add a reason straight from the dashboard. This helps keep your records accurate and ensures compliance.

To manage missed medications, follow the steps:

  1. Click Dashboard, then click Missed Meds.

  2. At the top, use the dropdown to choose the date range:

    • Yesterday.

    • Previous 3 days.

    • Previous 7 days.

    • Previous 14 days.

    • Previous 21 days.

    • Previous 30 days.

  3. The list of missed meds appears.

  4. Select the checkbox for the missed med you want to update.

  5. Click Insert.

  6. Select the caregiver responsible for the med round.

  7. If the medication wasn’t given, select an exception.

  8. Add a note if needed.

  9. Click Save.

  10. Confirm how the insert affects inventory.

  11. Enter a reason for the missed medication.

  12. Click OK. The missed med will be cleared from the list.
