The Dashboard is a central hub for tracking important metrics such as medication round progress, missed meds, PRNs administered, and more. It allows you to filter data by trolley, date range, and other parameters for better visibility and control. Using the Dashboard ensures you stay informed about medication tasks and system status.
To view and use the Dashboard, follow these steps:
Click Dashboard.
Click All Trolleys, then choose a trolley to view from the drop-down options.
On the left menu, click the data category you want to display.

For some dashboards, you can apply additional filters like date range using the drop-downs at the top.
Available dashboards
There are several data categories available to view as dashboards. These include:
Med Round Progress: Hour by hour data on administration or tasks due vs completion.
Orders to Review: New medications awaiting review and approval.
Orders Expiring Soon: Medications due to expire or discontinue.
Exceptions: A list of medications recorded as not given.
PRNs Given: A list of all PRN medications administered.
Missed Meds: A list of all missed medications.
Unread Messages: Access to any unread messages.
Alerts: Access to any current alerts.
Reorders Sent: A list of all reorders sent.
System Status: Details on devices such as last sync, MedAssure enabled, etc.
