Module allocation to roles

In this article, we explain which lessons are assigned to each role in the eLearning platform.

The eLearning platform provides different roles, each with specific lessons assigned. Assigning the correct role is mandatory for every user you create. Without a role, users can't view or complete any lessons.

Role

Assigned lessons

Carer

  • 0.1 Medication management course introduction.

  • 1.1 Med round – A basic med round.

  • 1.2 Med round – History by drug, PRN and follow-up progress.

  • 1.3 Med round – Controlled drugs.

  • 1.4 Med round – Exceptions.

  • 1.5 Med round – Homely remedies.

  • 1.6 Med round – Alerts.

  • 2.1 Drug disposal – Drug disposal.

  • 3.1 Dashboard basics – Dashboard basics.

  • 4.1 Change your password – Change your password.

Senior carer

All carer lessons plus:

  • 5.1 Residents/orders – Add a resident.

  • 5.2 Residents/orders – Amend a profile.

  • 5.3 Residents/orders – Add a scheduled daily medication.

  • 5.4 Residents/orders – Add a weekly medication.

  • 5.5 Residents/orders – Add a PRN medication.

  • 5.6 Residents/orders – Approve orders.

  • 5.7 Residents/orders – Add a controlled drug.

  • 5.8 Residents/orders – Suspend a medication.

  • 5.9 Residents/orders – Discontinue a medication.

  • 6.1 Receive medication – Receive single medication.

  • 6.2 Receive medication – Receive multiple medications.

  • 7.1 Stock check – Simple stock check.

  • 7.2 Stock check – Stock check and investigation.

  • 8.1 Monthly order – Batch reorder.

  • 8.2 Monthly order – Add stock.

  • 9.1 Dashboard advanced – Dashboard advanced.

  • 10.1 Cycle changeover review.

  • 10.2 Cycle changeover – Check in stock during cycle changeover.

Nurse

Same as senior carer except monthly order lessons 8.1 and 8.2 which aren't included.

Shift leader

Same as nurse.

Training coordinator

Same as senior carer.

Registered nurse

Same as senior carer.

Deputy manager

Same as senior carer.

Manager

Same as senior carer.

System administrator

Same as senior carer.
