Generate and manage recipients of the daily summary report

In this article, we explain how to run the daily summary report and manage recipients.

The daily summary report gives you a snapshot of your facilityโ€™s dashboard at the start of each day. It's refreshed every 24 hours and helps you keep track of system status, compliance, and pending items. You can even set them up to be emailed automatically to up to three users, making it easier to stay on top of key metrics.

Run the daily summary report

To run the report, follow these steps:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Choose Daily Summary Report from the options.

Visible details

Once the report loads, you'll see details such as:

  • System status.

  • Active devices.

  • Trolley.

  • Application version.

  • MedAssure enabled: Yes/No.

  • Last sync.

  • Pending items.

  • Emergency MARs enabled: Yes/No.

  • Last download.

  • Compliance metrics.

  • Missed meds yesterday.

  • Missed meds last 3 days.

  • Missed meds last 7 days.

  • Missed meds last 30 days.

  • Orders to review.

  • Exceptions recorded.

  • PRNs given.


Add a user to the recipient list

Occasionally, you may need to add a user who's missing from the recipient list to ensure they receive the report.

To add a user to the recipient list, follow these steps:

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: The recipient list is limited to 200 characters.

  1. Click Admin, then click Settings.

  2. Click Care Home Settings, then click Contact Info.

  3. Under Send Daily Summary report to email, enter the user's email address.

  4. Click Save.


Remove a user from the recipient list

To remove someone from the recipient list, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin, then click Settings.

  2. Click Care Home Settings, then click Contact Info.

  3. Under Send Daily Summary report to email, delete the user's email address.

  4. Click Save.
