Clear a user's progress

In this article, we explain how to clear a user's progress to complete the lesson again.

Sometimes you need to reset a user's training progress so they can complete a module again. This is useful if the training content has changed or if the user needs to refresh their knowledge. Clearing progress ensures they start the module from the beginning.

To clear a user's progress, follow these steps:

  1. Click Learning Zone.

  2. Click Facility Progress.

  3. Select the facility and the role applicable to the user.

  4. Locate the user.

  5. Select the training module to clear the progress for.

  6. To the left of the user's full name, select the check box.

  7. Click Renew Training.
