100% progress but incomplete modules

In this article, we explain why a user’s profile may show 100% progress while some modules remain incomplete, and how to resolve this issue.

This issue occurs when the user completes the eLearning modules but doesn't refresh their profile until the refresher training is due. Some modules need to be completed annually. When a module expires, the percentage on the status shows correctly, but the main progress on the carer’s profile remains at 100%.

To renew expired modules, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to iCareHealth.

  2. Click Profile and use Facility name, email address, or name as filters.

  3. Click on the profile to check for expired modules.

  4. Click Facility Progress.

  5. The facility will auto-fill. Choose the Role, then scroll down and select the checkboxes next to the names needing renewal.

    🤓 Tip: Multiple users can clear one module at the same time.

  6. Scroll up and choose the module from the drop-down list.

  7. Click Renew Training.

  8. A pop-up window will ask, 'Are you sure?' Click YES.

  9. Repeat the process for other modules by changing the selection in the drop-down.
