Managing e-learning progress and certificates can sometimes lead to confusion, especially when modules expire or user progress is reset. While progress renewal ensures compliance and competency tracking, certain limitations exist regarding certificate printing and progress percentages.

When modules expire or user progress is cleared, the percentage completion displayed doesn't reset. This is because the system retains competency data, which influences the progress metrics shown.

Previous year’s certificates can't be printed once progress has been cleared or renewed because the system doesn't allow retroactive certificate generation for expired or reset modules.

Currently, there's no option to bulk print e-learning certificates. Each certificate must be printed individually.
