Renew annual training modules

In this article, we explain how to reset a training module.

Annual training modules are designed to keep employees up to date with essential knowledge, policies, and best practices. Currently, the system allows you to renew one training module at a time, but you can apply this renewal to multiple users who share the same role.

To reset a module for annual renewal, follow these steps:

  1. Click People, then click Training Progress/Renewals.

  2. Select the user's facility, role, and training module.

  3. Select the checkbox next to all necessary user's full name.

  4. Click Renew Training, then click Yes.
