Annual training modules are designed to keep employees up to date with essential knowledge, policies, and best practices. Currently, the system allows you to renew one training module at a time, but you can apply this renewal to multiple users who share the same role.
To reset a module for annual renewal, follow these steps:
Click People, then click Training Progress/Renewals.
Select the user's facility, role, and training module.
Select the checkbox next to all necessary user's full name.
Click Renew Training, then click Yes.
