You can add a new trolley to manage medication rounds more effectively. This is useful when you need extra trolleys for new rooms or changes in your care home setup.
To add a new trolley, follow these steps:
Click Admin, then click Settings.
Click Drop down menus, then click Trolleys.
Click Add a new trolley.
Complete the required fields:
Med trolley: Enter the trolley name.
Room number range min number: Enter the starting room number, or leave blank if not needed.
Room number range max number: Enter the ending room number, or leave blank if not needed.
Cart external ID: This field isn’t required.
Is the default trolley: Select this checkbox if you want this trolley to be the default.
Click Save.
Edit an existing trolley name
To edit an existing trolley name, follow these steps:
Click Admin, then click Settings.
Click Drop down menus, then click Trolleys.
Click on the trolley name.
Update the name as needed.
Click Save.
