Monitoring fridge temperatures is essential for maintaining compliance and ensuring stored items remain safe.
To set up a fridge temperature recording task, follow these steps:
Click Admin, then click Task centre.
Click Add.
Add the required details:
Task: Name of the task.
Instructions: Description of the task.
Record data: Description of the data.
Data type: Type of data that needs to be recorded.
Min and Max: Define minimum and maximum temperature.
Choose the appropriate schedule between Routine or PRN.
Choose the appropriate frequency between Once, Every N Hours, or At Specific Times.
Click Save.
