Unlock an eLearning account

In this article, we explain why you're locked out of your eLearning account, and how to resolve this.

The system locks your account after a few unsuccessful login attempts as a security measure to protect your user data and prevent unauthorised access. This process ensures that only authorised users can regain access through a secure method.

To unlock an eLearning account, follow these steps:

⚠️ Important: To follow the steps, you need Administrator permissions.

  1. Log in to iCareHealth.

  2. Click People, then click Browse Profiles.

  3. Select the facility the user is registered to.

  4. Find the user and click on their name.

  5. To unlock the profile, click the red padlock.
