You may may experience issues accessing eLearning training when using tablets or iPads, such as not being able to type in your password, or being unable to continue. These problems are often due to the device’s screen resolution and difficulties with the on-screen keyboard. For iPad users, the Safari browser isn’t compatible with the eLearning platform.
To resolve these issues, we recommend the following, where possible:
Use a desktop PC or laptop for eLearning.
Use Google Chrome as the browser for best compatibility and performance.
