Assigning a facility to a user’s eLearning profile ensures they have access to the correct training content for their location. This is an important step for managing permissions and learning resources effectively.
To assign a facility, follow these steps:
Find the user profile you want to update, then click the edit
icon.Scroll down to the Facilities section.
Use the search bar to find the facility you want to assign.
Select the Member checkbox next to the facility.
Scroll up and click the save
icon.
