Tags on medication orders help staff quickly see if an order is new, discontinued, or expiring. Setting how long these tags appear makes sure the right info shows at the right time.
To set up the number of days tags appear on an order, follow these steps:
Click Admin, then click Settings.
Click Care Home Settings.
Click Medication round Customization.
In the Tags Configuration section, complete the fields as needed:
New Orders [N] Days after: How many days after an order is added that the new tag appears for.
Discontinued orders [N] Days after: How many days after an order is discontinued that the discontinued tag appears for.
Expiring orders [N] Days: How many days before an order reaches the end date that the expiring tag appears for.
Click Save.
