Sometimes you may want to stop non-controlled items from appearing in stock checks. This helps make inventory checks quicker and more accurate.
To disable non-controlled stock counts, follow these steps:
Click Admin, then click Settings.
Click Care Home Settings.
Click Inventory.
Select the Exclude non-Controlled items from Stock Check and Confirmation Prompt checkbox.
Click Save.
