Every time a team member or the pharmacy creates or modifies an order, the system records these changes. You can view this history using the Change Log feature.
π Notes:
By default, the time range is set to six months. Use the drop-down menu to adjust the range.
You can print or export the log by clicking the print icon.
To check the change log, follow these steps:
Click Residents/Orders.
Click on a resident from the list.
Click Orders, then click on the medication order you want to check.
Click Change Log.
