If you’re unable to approve or reject a new medication order, there are two common reasons:
You created the order: Orders must be approved or rejected by another authorised person to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Your user role has restrictions: Permissions may prevent you from performing this action.
To check and confirm role permissions, follow these steps:
Click Admin, then click User Roles.
Click on the Role assigned to the user.
Click General, then click on the user’s name.
Click Permissions to view the built-in role permissions.
📌 Note: Built-in roles shouldn't be edited.
