Access Medication Management uses role-based permissions to control what tasks users can perform. Administrators and supervisors have full access, while other roles may have limitations. Itโs important to review and adjust these permissions to make sure users have the correct level of access.
To check and amend user roles, follow these steps:
โ ๏ธ Important: To follow the steps you must be an Administrator or Supervisor.
Click Admin, then click User Roles.
Choose the role you want to review from either Custom Roles or Built-in Roles.
Select Permissions.
The selected boxes show what tasks the role is allowed to perform.
To enable or disable tasks either select or clear the relevant checkboxes.
Click Save.
