Medication round application view is different

In this article, we explain why the application may display Med Pass instead of Med Round and how to correct the issue by adjusting your device’s time zone settings.

When logging into Access Medication Management, you might notice the application shows Med Pass instead of Med Round. This usually happens because the device’s date and time settings are incorrect, most commonly when the time zone is set to an American time zone instead of UK time. Updating the time zone resolves the issue.

To fix this, follow these steps:

  1. On your laptop or desktop screen, right click on the date and time in the taskbar.

  2. Click Adjust date and time.

  3. Change the Time zone to UK.

  4. Log out of Access Medication Management.

  5. Log back in and the view now displays Med Round correctly.
