If a user can’t see the insert, view or edit buttons on a resident’s profile, the issue is often linked to a sliding scale without a vital to record. The system requires either a vital entry or removal of the sliding scale for proper functionality.
To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
Click Residents/Orders.
Click on the resident, then click Orders.
Click on the appropriate medication order.
Click Everything.
Clear the Sliding Scale checkbox.
Click Save.
Once done, the user should be able to view and edit the administration history for that resident.
