Upload a document to a resident profile

In this article, we explain how to upload documents to a resident's profile.

Uploading documents to a residentโ€™s profile helps keep all important information organised and easily accessible.

To upload a document, follow these steps:

  1. Click Residents, then click Manage Residents.

  2. Click on the resident's name.

  3. On the right-hand side of the profile, click Documents.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Upload the document and fill in the following fields:

    • Type.

    • Title.

    • Description.

    • Orders.
