Merge duplicate resident profiles

Duplicate resident profiles can occur due to errors from the pharmacy. If this happens, it’s important to keep the profile with the pharmacy ID and merge the duplicate into it. This ensures accurate medication management and prevents data inconsistencies.

To merge duplicate profiles, follow these steps:

⚠️ Important: Merges are permanent and can't be undone.

πŸ€“ Tip: Make both profile names similar before merging to ensure they're visible in the merge list.

  1. Click Residents/Orders.

  2. Select one of the resident profiles to merge.

  3. Click Profile, then click Merge.

  4. Select the resident's profile without the pharmacy ID, then click Next.

  5. Select the resident profile with the pharmacy ID, then click Next.

  6. Manual orders can be merged later, click Next.

  7. Click Finish.
