Adding a photo to a resident’s profile makes identification easier and helps keep records accurate. You can upload a photo when creating a new profile, but if you don’t do it then or need to update the picture later, you can easily add or change it at any time.
⚠️ Important: You can only upload a photo in one of the following formats. Using any other format will cause an error saying 'Error: Out of memory.':
.BMP, .JPEG, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG.
Add a photo whilst creating a new resident
If you want to upload a photo whilst creating a new resident profile, follow these steps:
Click Residents, then click Manage Residents.
Click Resident, then click Edit.
Under Resident Photo, click Select Photo.
Locate and select the resident’s photo.
Click Open.
Click the calendar icon and select the date the photo was taken.
Click Save.
Change a resident’s photo later
If you need to update a photo, follow these steps:
Click Residents, then select Manage Residents.
Choose the resident and open their profile.
Click Add/Change below the current photo.
Click Select File… in the top right.
Browse and select the photo you want to use.
You might need to change the browsing window to show All Files instead of just Image Files.
Click Open, then click OK.
Click Save.
