Occasionally, you may need to update the pharmacy associated with your facility. This process ensures prescriptions and related services are directed to the correct provider.
Only the deployment team can complete a change of pharmacy. Therefore, you need to raise a support case, including the following information to request this change:
Name of the organisation-Facility.
Name of the new pharmacy.
Address of the new pharmacy.
Contact details for the new pharmacy.
Name of the old pharmacy.
Pharmacy–Facility code.
Date of completion of transfer or required due date.
