New Boots deployment ICH001

To request a new Boots deployment, follow these steps:

  • Raise a new case.

  • Use the following format in your request: ICH001 Name of Organisation – Facility name.


Create a new learning management site ICH000

To request a new learning management site, follow these steps:

  • Raise a new case.

  • Include the due date and name of care home in your request.


Handover to support ICH002

To request handover to support, follow these steps:

  • Raise a new case.

  • The deployment team will assist with the next steps.


Cancel your contract ICH004

If you're a Boots customer and wish to cancel your Access Medication Management contract, follow these steps:

  • Contact Boots directly.

  • Arrange for an ICH004 document to be sent to our support team at:​[email protected].
