Access Point of Care (APOC) is designed to work offline during power outages or technical issues. This ensures you can continue medication rounds even without an internet connection.

To continue using the app offline and without interruptions, ensure that you:

  1. Stay logged in: You must be logged in before the internet goes down to keep using the app.

  2. Watch for the red banner: When the connection is lost, a red banner appears. You can still complete your current medication round.

  3. Sync after reconnecting: When the internet returns, the red banner disappears and your data syncs with Access Medication Management web.

πŸ€“ Tip: Even if you log out, lock your phone, or close the app, your data syncs once the connection is restored.
