When performing an interim check-in or stock check, you may encounter an issue where youโre unable to enter a quantity for a medication. This is usually caused by the Track Inventory feature not being enabled for the affected medication.
To enable the Track Inventory feature for the medication and resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Click Residents/Orders.
Click on the resident associated with the medication.
Click Orders, then click on the medication that is affected.
Click Everything.
Select the Track Inventory checkbox.
Click Save.
