Access Medication Management shares critical information with Access Care & Clinical to make sure nothing is missed by team members who don’t use Access Medication Management. This data is transferred as a Progress Note, keeping records consistent across both systems.
The following details are passed to Access Care & Clinical:
PRN administration and follow-up results.
Any exceptions recorded on MedRound.
New medication prescribed.
Medication discontinued: The actual medication end date is shown under Time of Event.
Vital Signs: Any pulse or blood pressure readings recorded transfer and appear in the resident’s Vital Signs Chart.
