Corporate accounts are designed to provide visibility across all facilities within your system. This means corporate users can view and manage data at an organisational level rather than being restricted to a specific location.

The eMAR user list doesn't display for corporate users.
Currently, corporate users can't use Access Point of Care.
Common requests
There may be times where you need to put in a request regarding a corporate user.

Common requests include:
Creating a new corporate user.
Archiving an existing account.
Changing roles or permissions.
Deactivating or resetting a password.
Troubleshooting login issues post-migration to Access Evo.
Request corporate account changes or support
For all requests regarding corporate users, you need to raise a support case referencing what's required, and include any of the following relevant information:
Username for existing users.
Email address for any new users.
Role applicable.
Screenshot of any errors.
