To generate this information into a report, follow these steps:
Click Reports.
Click Medication Orders.
Click Edits to Orders.
Set the required dates, trolley, or changed by filters.
Click View Report.
The report displays all edits made to medication orders during the selected period, helping you identify cycle changeover activity.
