Out-of-hours support process.

If you're experiencing a Priority 1 (P1) issue, such as a service outage or another critical issue affecting all users, call your usual support number. Your call will be directed to the out-of-hours support service for urgent assistance.

Need help outside office hours?

Use the Digital Assistant and Help Centre, available 24/7, for guidance and answers to common questions.

If the Digital Assistant can't answer your question:

  1. Provide as much information as possible.

  2. Ask for a human agent.

  3. Your query will be picked up by a support analyst when office hours resume.
